한글 윈도우에서 유니코드 한글 출력이 제대로 될려면?

한글 윈도우에서 유니코드 한글 출력이 제대로 될려면 어떻게 되어야 하나
요?
웹서버에서 유니코드 방식으로 한글을 입력받아 저장하고 유니코드로 보여
줍니다. 그런데 영문윈도우에서 한글 Ime를 깔면 제대로 보이는데 한글 윈
도우에선 다 깨지는군요..
서버는 영국에 있고 웹서버의 기본 인코딩은 물론 한글로 되어 있는게 아
니고 아마 유니코드로 되어 있는거같습니다.
한글 윈도우가 없는 외국의 개발자와 연락해서 일하려니 무척 힘들군요..
