시스템 콘솔포트로의 결과출력을 어케하나여

임베디드 리눅스에서 콘솔포트 COM1 (ttyS0)로
모든 처리상황을 출력하려고 합니다.
일반적인 printf 등은 로긴사용자에게만 출력되는데
어떤 로긴사용자든 시스템콘솔로 모두 출력하려면
프로그램에서 어떻게 해야 하나요

무식한 방법으로 tty 포트를 오픈해서 write 를 쓰면
되겠지만 다른 간단한 방법이 있을것 같은데
아시는분 답변바랍니다.
