[질문] mmx 사용에 관해서

안녕하세요.
리눅스에서 mmx를 사용해보려고 하는데 기존에 있는
윈도우용을 한번 돌려보니까 컴파일이 않되더군요.
리눅스에서도 mmx를 지원한다고 알고 있는데
아직 gcc에선 지원을 않하는지요?
조금 알아보니까 nasm에서 리눅스를 지원한다는데
gcc에서는 컴파일할수 없는건지요?
혹시 아시는 분은 좀 알려주세요.
