리눅스 하드용량 부족으로 인한 x-window 진입 오류..

안녕하세요... 리눅스 초보입니다... 리눅스 레드햇8.0을 쓰고 있습니다.

하드용량을 4기가 짜리 작은 하드에 리눅스를 설치하여 이런저런 작업을 하다보니

어느순간 하드용량이 꽉 차버렸습니다. 재부팅을 해보니 하드용량이 모자라다는

말과함께 x-window로 진입을 하지 못하네요... 부트 프롬프트에서 필요없는

파일 지워보고 싶어도 부트 프롬프트 상에서 뭘 하려고 치면 x윈도우 진입하려고

계속 시도를 하는 바람에 아무것도 하질 못하구요... 어떻게 해야 할까요?ㅜ_ㅜ

single mode로 부팅해 보시기 바랍니다.

lilo를 쓰고 있다면 LILO: 프롬포트에

linux single

이라고 입력하시고,
grub을 쓰고 있다면, 'append to command line' 이었나? 암튼 그걸 어떻게 해서 부팅 옵션에 single 을 추가시키시기 바랍니다.

아니면, 그냥 부팅하시고, X 진입을 계속 시도하는 걸 놔둬보시기 바랍니다.
어느 순간인가 respwaning too fast라고 하면서 몇분간 쉬겠다고 합니다.
그때 잽싸게~~

single 모드 추가요? 그 녀석은 어떻게 해야 하는거죠... ㅜ_ㅜ?

윈xp를 추가하는건 대충 알겠는데... 그냥 single 이라고

항목 하나만 더 추가하면 되는건가요?
