솔라리스 5.8 터미널창 간헐적 닫힘 관련

터미널 실행후 터미널에서 명령어(쉘스크립트) 실행되게 할 수 있을까요?

솔라리스에서 xterm , shelltool 등 터미널을 실행후 명령어(스크립트를) 실행하게 할 수 있게 하고 싶습니다

xterm -e 옵션을 주어 실행 했는데 바로 실행후 터미널이 없어지네요 없어지지 않고
결과를 화면에 그대로 보여주고 싶어서요
이유는 스크립트로 만든것들은 선택하는메뉴가 있는데 창이 없어져 선택을 할 수 없네요ㅠㅠ
