apt 의존성 관련 질문드립니다.

안녕하세요.
Debian-buster에 ros-noetic을 설치하는데 있어서 의존성 문제 때문에 질문드립니다.
python3-osrf-pycommon 패키지를 설치하는데 python3.8이상 버전에 대한 의존성을 갖습니다.
Debian-buster는 default로 설치되어있는 python3이 3.7버전이기 때문에 간단히 apt install python3.8로 설치하려고 하였으나 안되어서
소스코드로 빌드하여 3.8이상 버전을 설치하였습니다.
그런데도 계속 python3.8이상 버전에대한 의존성 해결이 안됩니다.
리눅스를 거의 처음하는거라 너무 어렵네요ㅠ
도움부탁드립니다.
