프로그램 실행 락 설정 방법 문의

안녕하세요

닷넷 프로그램을 배포해야하는데
프로그램이 설치되더라도 사용이 허용된 사람들에게만 작동하도록 하고싶은데
보통 어떤 방법으로 하는지 궁금한데요

usb 락은 비용과 분실문제로 배제했고
이메일 인증이나 일련번호를 발급하는 방법으로 해야할것같은데
어떤 방법이 좋은지 좀 알고싶습니다.
