우분투서버에서 IP변경후 바로 적용이 안되네요.

우분투 서버 설치 후 IP를 변경하려고 /etc/network/interface 파일을 편집 후 서비스를 재시작했는데 IP변경이 안되네요.
아쉬운대로 ifconfig로 직접 입력하기는 했지만 재부팅 안하고 적용할 수 있는 방법이 없을까요?
아래 세 커맨드 모두 실행은 잘 되는데 IP변경은 되지 않았습니다.

service networking restart
/etc/init.d/networking restart
ifdown ens160 && sudo ifup ens160

root@librenms:~# cat /etc/network/interfaces
source /etc/network/interfaces.d/*

auto ens160
