CentOS Yum 에러

안녕하세요, 이틀간 해결을 못보고 있어서 결국 글을 올리게 되었습니다.

다름이 아니라 CentOS 서버를 구축하면서 문제가 생겨 해결방안을 문의하고 싶습니다.

Yum update나 install 무엇을 하든 error 12가 발생됩니다.

발생로그는 첨부한 이미지와 같습니다.

시스템 환경은 다음과 같습니다.

Dell R310 서버에서 ESXi 5.5로 가상호스트로 관리
CentOS 7(1611) 2개(A, B로 호칭하겠습니다.)
A는 pfSense에서 관리 하지 않는 고정 IP주소 사용
B는 pfSense로 관리되는 DHCP 내부 주소 사용

A, B둘다 동일 증상이 일어나고 있습니다.

A는 기존에 잘되다가 어느순간부터 저런 메시지를 발생하고 있으며, B는 새로 서버를 깔자마자 바로 update를 해도 발생되고 있습니다..

구글링으로 여러 해결방법
- /etc/yum.conf 에서 proxy관련 삭제
- DNS nameserver 기입
- ipv6 미사용 처리
- Base Repo를 daum으로 변경

모두 해보아도 해결이 안되고있습니다. ping을 168.126.63.1로 날려도 제대로 통신이 됩니다. ping을 naver.com으로해도 제대로 아이피 주소를 제대로 불러옵니다.

뿐만아니라 로그에서 불러오지 못하는
http://mirrorlist.centos.org/?relase~~ 라는 주소로 curl로 날려도 제대로 된 레포 리스트를 받아옵니다.
근데 yum을 통해서 할때만 저런 메세지로 일관해서 패키지 관리자를 사용을 못하고있습니다.
해결방법이 없을까요?

참고로 개인 노트북에 똑같은 이미지 파일로 설치시 yum 문제는 없었습니다. 서버설정에 문제가 있는 걸까요?
