vba 질문입니다..

안녕하세요..

제가 하려고 하는거부터 말씀 드리자면 .. 예를들어서

     A       B
1 홍길동

(sheet1)

     A       B
1 홍길동

(sheet2)

sheet1, sheet2 에 똑같은 홍길동이 있는데 유저가 sheet1의 B1셀에 데이터를 입력하면
sheet2에 홍길동을 찾아서 B1셀에 복사가 되고 반대로 sheet2의 B1셀에 데이터를 입력하면 sheet1의 B1셀에 복사가 되도록 하고 싶습니다..

vlookup함수를 사용하려고 하는데 이걸로는 한방향으로 밖에 안되고,, vba로 작성하고 있습니다...
