tcl export 하는 방법을 모르겠습니다

안녕하세요
제가 tcl하다가 막히는 부분이 있어서 이렇게 질문을 드립니다

우선 제가 하는 방법은
make 환경에서 컴파일을 하는데 tcl파일을 make 환경에서 소싱을 하고 있습니다

근데 tcl에서 사용하는 변수값을 make에서도 사용하고 싶은데 잘안되네요

make 에서 선언한 변수를 export해서 tcl에서 사용하는건 가능한데

반대는 tcl 에 변수를 make 에서 사용을 하고 싶은데 잘되지를 않네요
혹시 좋은 방법 없을가요?
