요즘 서버나 슈퍼컴퓨터는 완전히 64비트(64비트 프로세스) 인가요?

제가 컴퓨터를 64비트 윈도우 쓰면서 아직도 많은 소프트웨어가 64비트가 아닌 32비트 버전으로 제공 되더라구요. 요즘은 조금더 나아졌지만 말이죠...

그럼 윈도우 말고 64비트 서버, 슈퍼컴퓨터에서는 완전히 64비트 프로그램으로 돌아가나요?
고성능 필요로 하는 환경에서 32비트 프로그램이 몇개 작동하면 시스템 성능이 떨어지지 않나요?

그리고 리눅스에서 프로그램을 32비트인지 64비트인지 확인하는 법 아시는 분 댓글 바랍니다.
