administrator 로 로그인하는 방법을 모르겠습니다. Admin panel을 어떻게 여는지? 그게 되면 그다음엔 언어를 한국어 선택하고 저장하면 될거 같은데...

you need to login with an admin account to create one, if you can't log in then: open your mysql database, open "qa_users" tabel, change "email" value for your already existing admin to a new one and run "I forgat my password" to get new one. or just create a new user and change "level" value of it in "qa_users" table to 120.
