c언어와 커널에 대해 질문해봅니다~

리눅스 커널 쪽을 공부하고자 할 때 C언어에서 필히 알아야 될 문법에 대해 궁금합니다.

어느 부분을 확실히 이해하면 커널을 공부하는 데 도움이 될까요?

"태백산맥이란 한국소설을 읽어보려 합니다. 한글을 어디까지 배워야 하나요?"

c는 심지어는 한국어도 아니고 그냥 한글입니다.
