MS SQL 최대 메모리 사용량 제한에 대한 질문입니다.

음...

현재 돌리고 있는 머신 세팅이 SQL Server 최대 메모리 사용 제한을 지나치게 높게 잡아서 물리 메모리 사용량의 대부분을 차지하는 상황입니다.
결국 메모리 사용량은 최대 물리 메모리 치고 올라와서 하드 스왑을 무쟈게 하는 중이죠.

당연한 이야기입니다만 SQL Server 최대 메모리 사용을 줄여서 물리 메모리 사용량을 초과하지 않도록 하는 것이(비록 SQL Server에서 캐싱하는 정도는 줄어들겠지만) 기타 프로그램들과 SQL Server 섞여서 열심히 하드 스왑을 하는 것 보다는 낫겠죠?
