mysql patch 질문입니다

Centos 5.8 x86_64 로 서버를 운영하고 있습니다.

mysql 5.1.18을 사용하는데 자꾸 테이블이 lock걸려서 풀리지않는 문제로

google mysql patch를 적용시켜보려고 하는데...

어떻게 적용 시켜야할지 감이 안잡힙니다..

아래와 같이 실행을 하면 경로를 입력하라고 나오는데... 음..

[root@localhost /]# patch -p0 < mysql-5.1.58-global-trx-ids.patch
can't find file to patch at input line 4

File to patch:

여기서 찾는 client_priv.h 라는 파일이 존재하지 않으니 경로지정도 못하고..
