DirexctShow와 mp4 그리고 AAC

안녕하세요.

현재 DirectShow를 이용하여 동영상 촬영하는 Program을 개발하고 있습니다.

TED, Youtube같은 동영상 서비스를 구축하려고 하는데요.

Html5의 Video태그를 이용하여 mp4파일을 재생하려고 합니다.

여기서 문제가 생긴 것이 mp4로 만들기 위해 DirectShow에서 그래프에디터를 사용하여 H.264까지 인코딩이 되는데,

AAC Encoder Codec이 없어서 음성을 AAC로 인코딩을 못해서 결국 완전한 mp4를 만들지 못하고 있습니다.

AAC Decoder말고 Encoder Codec을 구할 수는 없나요?

AAC가 유료라고 하더군요. 그래서 공개를 안하는 것인지 제가 모르는 것인지. 부탁드립니다.

그리고 AAC Encoder Codec, H.264 Encoder Codec없이 mp4파일을 c#에서 만들 수 있는 오픈소스는 없을까요?

DirectShow를 c# WPF에서 개발하고 있는데 많은 어려움이 있습니다.
