리눅스 커널 및 응용 프로그램 질문있습니다..

이번에 커널을 건드려서 작업을 해야하는 과제를 받았습니다.. 하기전에 응용프로그램과 커널사이의 통신하는 방법에 대해 알고싶은데..
참고힐만한 싸이트나 자료좀 주셨으면 합니다..설명좀 부탁드립니다.
