* Knowledge in primer python development frameworks like django, pylons,etc.
* Practical experience in HTML, CSS, Ajax/Json, Javascript.
* Able to develop patches, hacks in current open source codebases.
* Knowledge and experience in Linux based os' (Debian, Redhat, Ubuntu, etc)
* Strong communication and problem resolving skills.
* Experience in version controlling systems (like SVN, CVS, Git etc.)
* Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (cutting/optimizing
images)
