tape 백업을 restore 할때 block size 에러가 납니다.

안녕하세요
이리저리 방법을 찾다가 해결책을 못찾아서 혹시나 하는 마음에 글을 남겨봅니다.

리눅스 2.4 커널 장비에서 tape 장치를 통해서 백업을 받아논것이 있습니다.
장비가 fail 이 나서 백업본에서 소스를 찾아야 하는데 자꾸 restore 에서 에러가 납니다.

백업을 풀 장비는 리눅스 2.6 커널버전이며 mt -f /dev/st0 rewind 등의 테이프 장치의 물리적인 기동은 됩니다.
근데 restore -ivf /dev/st0 하면 다음과 같은 에러가 발생합니다.

[root@teminal data]# restore -ivf /dev/nst0
Verify tape and initialize maps
Input is from tape
restore: Tape block size (512) is not a multiple of dump block size (1024)

혹시 해결방법을 아시는분은 알려주시면 감사합니다.
