ffmpeg 라이브러리 설치할때 질문이 있습니다. C++

win7, Qt(mingw32) 환경입니다.

http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ 에서
32-bit Builds (Dev)
32-bit Builds (Shared) 를 다운받아서 일단 기본 설치는 했습니다.

그런데, http://ffmpeg.zeranoe.com/builds/ 사이트를 보면

위와같은 External Libraries와 함께 빌드되었다고 하는거 같은데......
위의 External Libraries 들도 모두 다운받아서 설치를 해줘야 하는건가요?
