Qt에서 동영상을 반복재생하려면 어떻게 해야하나요? (windows7)

1. 프로그램이 실행되면, 창이 하나 열리고, 창 중앙에 test.avi라는 동영상이 반복재생되게 하고 싶습니다. (멈춤,시작,정지 + 볼륨조절 가능)

2. test.avi 라는 동영상은 단 하나만 존재하며, 코덱 또한 가변적이지 않습니다.
(예: XviD(비디오)+mp3(오디오) 코덱을 사용한 test.avi)

3. qt에 있는 phonon은 아래와 같은 할당 과정에서 3~5초간 지체되는 현상때문에 배제하고 싶습니다

질문1. 위 같은 상황에서 추천할 만한 비디오+오디오 코덱은 뭐가 있을까요?
그러니까, "xx비디오코덱과 xx오디오코덱 으로 인코딩된 동영상이라면, 별도의 라이브러리 추가 설치 없이 바로 실행이 가능하다" 라는 경우가 혹시나 있을까요?

질문2. ffmpeg같은 라이브러리를 추가 설치해야지만 위의 내용들을 구현할 수 있는건가요? 그렇다면 추천할 만한 라이브러리는 뭐가 있을까요?

(windows7 + qt + QtCreator 환경입니다)
