google에서 automated queries 문제

안녕하세요 웹사이트에 관련된 질문을 드릴려고 하는데요.

웹사이트에서 구글서치엔진을 쓰는데 월요일부터

We're sorry...

... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

라는 에러가 나오면서 서치가 안되네요.

wireshark로 패킷을 캡춰해보니 구글(66.249.72.219)에서 [TCP DUP ACK]메세지를 수분 간격으로 보내고 저희 웹서버도 [TCP Fast Retransmission]과 [TCP Out-of-Order] 메세지를 보내네요. 이 메세지들이 구글의 'automated queries'문제와 연관이 있을까요? 있다면 어떻게 해결해야 하지요?

바이러스 검사는 다 해봤습니다. rootkit검사도 해보았는데 나오는 거는 없습니다. 구글에서 계속 검색하다가 답을 찾지 못해 여기까지 왔네요. 문제에 대해 알고있으시면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
