lex에서 한글을 인식할때요..

이게 한글범위라는건 알겠는데
제가 만약에

사과 <<<<< 라는 글자를 인식하고 싶으면
해당문자를 나타내는 방법이 있을까요?

글자를 utf-8로 바꾸거나 뭐 어떻게 하라는데 검색해봐도 명확하게 어떻게 바꿔야하는지 방법이 없어서요..

lex에서 어떤 방식을 사용하는지 모르니 어떻게 나타내야하는지도 모르겠고(utf-8인거 같긴한데-_-, 알아도 못할듯=_=)
