램 디스크를 타켓보드에 올릴 경우에 발생되는 warning!!

제목과 같이 타켓보드에 램 디스크를 올릴 경우 아래와 같은 메세지가 나옵니다.

다시 램 디스크를 올리면, 경고가 뜨지 않습니다.

이러한 현상에 대한 이유를 알고 계시는 분들의 조언을 구하고자 합니다.
많은 도움을 부탁드립니다.

ps1 : 저는 Warning이 발생하는 이유가 램디스크의 크기가 512의 배수가 되지 않아서 그렇다고 생각하고 있습니다.
이러한 제 생각이 맞는지요?

ps 2 : 이 경고가 정상적인 동작에 악영향을 줄 수 있는지요?
