c++ 파일입출력에 대해서 여쭈어봅니다.

다음과 같은 내용의 "hello.txt"라는 텍스트 파일이 있습니다.

이 때, 첫줄/소수점/세자리정수 이렇게 따로따로 문단별로 숫자로 읽어들일 때 어떻게 해야하는지 모르겠습니다.
