모니터가 꺼졌는지 알아챌 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

안녕하세요.

다들 안녕하시지요?

오랜만에 질문 올려봅니다.

모니터의 전원이 나갔을때 두가지 정도 원인이 있는데..

1. 모니터가 OS에서 설정한 모니터절전에 들어갔을 경우..

2. 사용자가 모니터 전원버튼을 눌러서 껏을 경우..

1번의 경우는 윈도우에서 메시지가 발생하여 알아챌 수 있던데..

혹시 2번을 알아챌 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?
