[질문] 윈도우에서 리붓 없이 MTU값을 수정하는 방법이 궁금합니다.

안녕하세요!
이 곳은 주로 리눅스를 다루는 커뮤니티이지만
윈도우 다루는 분도 많은 것으로 알고 있습니다.
그래서 조언을 얻을 수 있을까 해서 이렇게 질문을 올리게 됐습니다.
성격이 맞지 않는 글 이라면 바로 삭제하겠습니다.

제목 그대로 MTU값 수정을 리붓 없이 하고 싶습니다.

일반 dhcp, 고정ip를 사용하는 pc에서는 리붓 없이
nic리프레시 (내 네트워크 환경에서 nic 사용 안함 -> 사용)만 하더라도
별 문제없이 MTU수정이 되길래 이 방법으로 사용중이었는데
pppoe인 경우에 문제가 발생하였습니다.
(현재 MTU 변경은 레지스트리를 변경 후 nic 리프레시를 해 주는 방식을 사용하고 있습니다.)

pppoe인 경우 컴퓨터 리붓을 하지 않으면 MTU값 변경이 되질 않습니다.
pppoe는 하나의 가상 nic를 생성하여 연결하는 것 같은데 그게 리프레시 되지 않아서 그런게 아닐까 하는 생각이 듭니다.
하지만 접속 종료 후 다시 재접속해도 변경이 되질 않고, 사용안함 -> 사용 이 절차도 사용할 수 없더군요.

혹시 해결 할 수 있는 실마리라도 있을까요..?
