ubuntu 9.10에서 bandwidthd 설치오류 문제

안녕하세요

ubuntu 9.10에서 skype를 설치하던 도중에

bandwidthd라는 패키지 설치중에 오류가 났는데요

지워지지도 않고 업데이트도 안되고

거기에 다른 패키지들도 지금 설치가 안되는 상황 입니다.
