우분투 서버 로그인시 위와같은 메세지가 뜹니다. 왜 리스타트를 해야하는지 사유를 보려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

주로 apt-get 으로 커널을 업데이트 했을때, 새로운 커널이 아직 적용되지 않은 상태면 저런 메시지가 나오더군요...
