tftp :server says :File not found 흠...

tftp를 깔고 /etc/xinetd.d/tftp 의 설정을 아래와 같이 하였습니다.

}그 외에는 설정해 준 것이 없는데요.
제 PC는 tftp서버가 되구요.. 원격지에서 제 PC에 tftp로 접속해서 파일을 다운 받으려고 하니 아래와 같이 명령을 쓰니 에러가 나는 군요.
/var/tmp> tftp -g -r upgrade.txt 172.16.0.11 tftp :server says :File not found
방화벽 내렸구요. 위의 명령으로 다른 서버에 접속해보면 문제없이 접속되구요. 파일소유권 모두 아무나 내려받기 가능하게 했구요. 파일 소유자자도 모두 root로 만들었구요.
오타 아니구요. 위의 파일이 진짜로 172.16.0.11의 tftpboot에 있습니다.
왜 그럴까요?
제가 뭔가 안해준 설정이 있는 건가요?
