nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option) 이 메시지는 무슨 의미일까요?

갑자기 네트웍이 작동을 안해 로그를 살펴보던 중에 다음과 같은 부분을 발견했습니다.
로그 중에 rtl8139 부분은 리얼텍 랜카드를 가리키는 것 같고, 그래서 이것 때문에 네트웍에 문제가 생겼던 건 아닌가 싶습니다만,
어떤 경우에 이런 메시지가 발생하는지, 재발을 방지하려면 어떻게 해야 하는지 잘 모르겠네요.
혹시 이와 같은 메시지를 보신 적이 있으신가요?
