원격 telnet 접속 bg 로 돌려도 응답이 출력되도록 할 수 있나요?

원격의 특정 호스트에 접속한 상태로 발생되는 로그를 로컬에 남기도록 하고 싶어서 다음과 같이 했습니다..

# telnet 192.168.1.1 | tee log <=특정 포트로 접속만 하면 발생되는 로그가 순차적으로 뿌려집니다.

그런데 bg 로 프로세스를 돌리는 순간 프로세스가 중단되어 되어 로그가 남겨지지 않는 군요.

어떻게 하면 가능할까요..

screen을 쓰시면 어떨까요?

Screen 실행 상태에서 명령을 수행하시고 detach하시는 겁니다.
