[질문] vs2008 설치 프로젝트에서 외국 설치 파일 만들 수 있나요?

안녕하세요.
항상 국내 어플만 개발하다 이번에 중국을 지원하게 됐는데요.
평소처럼 설치 프로젝트에서 만들면 필수 구성 요소가 모두 한글판으로 포함됩니다.
( 필수 구성요소 다운받는 방법을 "내 응용 프로그램과 동일한 위치에서 필수 구성요소 다운로드" 선택했습니다. )

필수 구성 요소에서 

.Net Framework 2.0
Visual C++ 런타임 라이브러리

를 선택했습니다.

실제 중국 OS에서 설치를 해보면 모두 한글판으로 설치가 되는듯 합니다.
Localization은 중국으로 변경 해봤지만 똑같습니다..ㅠㅠ

이거 해결방법이 있는지요?
