AVI 구조 중, 첫번째 00dc 에 대한 질문입니다!

안녕하세요^^
AVI Container 를 Parsing 하다가 LIST-movi 에서 첫번째 00dc 부분에 대해 질문 드리고자 합니다.
현재 이 영상은 H.264 코덱으로 압축이 되어있는데,
첨부 드린 파일과 같이 첫번째 00dc 에 H.264 코덱 옵션 관련 내용이 ASCII 로 담겨 있습니다.

제가 궁금한 것은
(1) 이 옵션들을 실제 플레이어에서 Decoding 하는데 참고(혹은 사용)하는 지요?
(1-1) (사용한다면,) ASCII 형태로 통째로 Parsing 하여 사용하는지요? (Binary 형식의 정보는 없는지..)
(2) 꼭 참고하지 않아도 된다면 이 부분의 크기를 어떻게 Detect 하여서 실제 압축된 정보로 접근이 가능한지요?
(다시말해, 실제 압축된 정보의 시작 Offset 이 어딘지 알 수 있는지요?)

별다른 참고 자료 없이 혼자서 RIFF-pad 를 참고해서 하다 보니까 궁금한 점이 많은데
그냥 거의 '유추' 정도로 분석을 하고 있습니다ㅠ
