GTK+라이센스

안녕하세요

제가 GTK+ 프로젝트에 포함된 라이브러리 중 일부를 사용하려고 하는데요,

제가 사용하고자 하는 라이브러리는 RSVG인데요, 이건 LGPL이라고 명시되어 있는데 GTK+ 프로젝트 홈에 가보니 다음과 같이 되어 있네요.

You are welcome to redistribute GTK+ binaries, including applications that bundle them, on other web sites, CD-ROM, and other media. You don't have to ask for permission. That's one of the points of Free Software. One important thing that the GNU licenses require is that you must also redistribute the source code. This usually means at least the gettext, GLib, GTK+, Pango and Atk sources.

여기 게시판 검색을 많이 해 보았는데 여전히 헷갈리네요. 여러 답변자 분들이 GTK+는 LGPL이라고 하시던데 여기는 GNU 라이센스 (이게 GPL 맞죠?) 이라고 되어 있네요.
저는 단지 이 라이브러리를 컴파일해서 제 프로그램에 링크할려고 하는데, 이렇게 되면 제 프로그램도 GPL이 되어서 소스를 공개해야 하나요?

또 제가 사용하고자 하는 라이브러리인 RSVG는 LGPL이고 이건 GLib, Pango등 GPL을 사용하던데 이런 경우 RSVG를 사용하는 라이브러리의 소스를 공개해야 하는지요?

GPL사용(링크던 수정이던) -> 무조건 사용자 프로그램 소스 공개
LGPL사용 -> 사용자 소스는 공개할 필요 없음. LGPL 라이센스 소프트를 수정하였을 경우 이 부분은 공개.
이렇게 이해하고 있는데요, 이것도 맞게 이해한건지 모르겠네요.

제가 다운받은 librsvg-2.26은 LGPL이네요. 소스포지에서 호스팅 하던 프로젝트가 예전거라서 그런건가요.
