C코드로 ethernet 관련 설정값 수정은 불가능한가요?

구글링 하다보니까 값을 가져오는 예제는 있는데
값을 변경하는 예제를 찾을 수가 없네요.

kldp 예전 질문글중에 제가 지금 올리는 것과 비슷한 것이 있었는데,
netkit의 ipconfig 소스를 보라고 하셨더군요.
근데 netkit에 ipconfig 소스는 못찾겠습니다 -_-;

방법이 있나요?
그냥 script 실행 시켜서 하는 방법이 있겠지만 이건 너무 불안해보이고..

게다가 변경된 값을 적용하려면 서비스 중지, 재시작을 해야하는데
이 작업까지 script를 쓰는건 좀 아닌것 같아서요.

아시는 분 답변 부탁드립니다.
