리눅스 LVM 에러 복구 방법이 있을까요?

리눅스 centos5.4 입니다.

LVM으로 설정하여 사용중에

/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol100 <== 전체 설정
/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol101 <== swap 파티션으로 설정

VolGroup00-LogVol100 에서 강제로 lvreduce 와 resize2fs를 사용하여 2G 용량을 줄인 후에
재부팅을 해보니

df를 사용해보면

/dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00 151279660 98795736 44684468 69% 이렇게 나옵니다만
물론 swap 부분인 Log-Vol01은 나오지 않습니다.

어떻게 해야할지 막막하네요
