부팅시 에러 Kernel panic

[root@localhost xinetd.d]# vi /etc/sysconfig/selinux
ELINUX=disabled
제가 위와 같이 SELinux를 비활성화 시킨 후 재부팅했더니 그때부터 부팅시 다음과 같은 에러가 나네요

Unable to load SELinux Policy. Machine is in enforcing mode.Halting now.

Kernel panic - not syncing : Attempted to kill init!

어떻게 해결방법 없을까요???..
