동일 랜망 내에서 사용할만한 메신저있나요?

폐쇄망에서 개발작업을 하고 있는데, 개발환경은 Ubuntu Linux, Windows 입니다.
폐쇄망이라 당연히 일반적인 메신저는 작동하지 않습니다.

리눅스와 윈도우에서 함께 사용할 수 있고, 동일 망내에 있는 사람들끼리 메시징이 가능한 메신저가 있을까요?
한컴 쪽지 같은거 말이죠.
ezim 이라고 자바 프로그램 하나 찾았는데, 이게 Compiz Fusion이랑 대박 충돌을 하는거 같네요. X 를 다운시킵니다.

다른거 뭐 좋은거 아시는 분 소개좀 부탁드립니다.

이거 생각보다 괜찮네요.
오픈소스에 서버/클라이언트 멀티플랫폼으로 제공하고..
근데 서버 설치하고 관리자 아이디로 로그인이 안되네요.. 왜그럴까나요..

psi 와 pidgin 으로 XMPP 연결해서 사용하던 적이 있었는데... 서버가 저것들 중에서 뭐였는지는 모르겠습니다.
