CentOS에서 아파치 기동할때요..

아파치 http.conf에서 ssl.conf를 읽으면서 기동하고 있는데요...
왜 (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443 가오는지요

인터넷 찾아봐도 잘 모르겠습니다.
