[vsftpd] NFS 서버를 FTP Home Directory 사용할 때 다운로드 안되는 문제

OS : CentOS 5.2
vsftpd : 2.0

vsftpd가 설치된 서버에서 NFS가 /data로 mount되어 있습니다.
/data 의 소유권은 nobody입니다. 이 부분을 수정할 수는 없네요.
Virtual User를 설정하였고, Virtual User의 실제 계정은 ftp를 사용하도록 했습니다.
각 가상 사용자 별로 /data/$USER 로 Home Directory가 잡히게 설정하였습니다.

이렇게 설정하고 FTP Client로 접속하면 로그인 및 파일 리스트 보이는 것까지는 잘 되지만,
File Download가 되지 않습니다.
NFS가 아닌 로컬 파일 시스템에 Home Directory를 잡으면 모든 것이 잘 동작합니다.
NFS 관련된 설정 이슈인 것 같은데...
