레지스터 값 액세스 하는 법에 대해서..

UART쪽 레지스터에 직접 액세스하는 모듈 작성중에 있습니다.
모듈을 올리는 즉시 IER쪽 레지스터를 0으로 (인터럽트를 받지 않도록 하기위해)
초기화 시키는데 바로 세그멘테이션 에러가 뜨네요.

outb 함수를 이용해봤고, 가상메모리 주소에 직접 포인터로 선언해 건드려 보기도 해습니다만
에러가 납니다.

어떤식으로 접근해야 하는지 조언 부탁드립니다.
