fedora 를 쓰고있는 왕초보 입니다.

몇 가지 질문을 드리고 싶습니다.

-저는 fedora 10을 사용합니다.

1. 피치 못할 사정으로 live-cd를 사용해 인스톨을 하게 되었습니다. 그런데 root로 로그인을 하려고 하는데 잘 안되네요 root암호 설정에서 암호를 설정해도 그 암호로 로그인이 되지 않는데 어떻게 하면 root 암호를 제대로 설정할 수 있는지 알고 싶습니다.

2. 제가 설치과정에서 어떻게 했는지 특정 파티션을 마운트 할때 암호를 물어봅니다. 이 암호를 없애고 싶은데 어떻게 해야 하나요?

3. 리눅스가 하드 전체를 잡아먹게 인스톨을 해서 파티션의 일부를 줄이고 싶습니다. 논리적 볼륨관리에서 파티션 조정을 하려고 하는데 파티션 마운트를 해제할 수 없다는 오류메시지가 뜨네요. 어떻게 해결할 수 있을까요?

어제부터 웹서핑을 하면서 여려가지 문제를 해결했는데 찾다가 못찾은 문제가 남았네요..
제가 리눅스 사용한지 몇일 안되는 완전 초보라 자세한 질문을 부탁드립니다.
세가지나 한꺼번에 질문을 하고.. ㅎㅎ 욕심이 너무 많은건가요?
고수분들의 도움이 절실히 필요합니다.

고생끝에 답을 찾았습니다.

페도라 10은 정책상 루트 로그인 자체를 막아놓았더군요..

그걸 푸는 명령어가 있었는데 어제 썼는데.. 기억이 잘..

검색하면 나올껄요.. 구글에서

전 centos로 넘어갔습니다. 제가 실력이 없어 그런지 페도라에서는 에러를 너무 많이 봤어요 ㅜㅡㅡ
