우분투에서 alp-eclips설치후 hello를 컴파일 하는데 에라가 납니다.

우분투에서 alp-eclipse를 설치하고 샘플에 있는 hello를 컴파일을 하는데 에라가 뜨는데 왜 이런 메세지가 뜨는지 도저히 알수가 없습니다.
제발 알려주세요. 한번 테스트를 해보고 싶은데 몇일째 진행을 못해보고 있습니다.

accessdevnet.com의 설치문서를 순차적으로 따라 설치를 했다고 생각하는데요. 처음 해보는것이라 제가 잘못 설치를 한것인가요.

도와주세요. 에라 메세지는 아래와 같습니다.
