리눅스 데몬 만들기 몇가지 궁굼증

데몬만드는 부분에 대해서 몇가지 궁굼한것들이 있습니다.

1.리눅스에서 데몬으로 만들기위해
프로그램 c같은경우 소스 안에서 setsid()함수로
데몬을 만드는데 자바같은 경우는 어떤식으로 데몬을 만들어야 하나요?

2.일반 프로세스를 &를 붙여서 백그라운드로 만드는 것이랑 -d를 붙여서
데몬으로 만드는것이랑 무슨차이가 있나요?

3.-d & 두개를 동시에 붙였을경우는 하나만 사용했을겨우들과 무슨 차이가 있나요?
