윈도우용 Videolan client 에서 hdtv 보기

현재 윈도우에서
videolan client 0.9.8a 사용중입니다.
리눅스에서만 지원하다가 얼마전부터 dvb 기능을 윈도우에서도 지원하더군요.

티비 수신카드는 시그마컴 hdtv5 x1 사용중입니다.
그런데 설정을 어떻게 해야할지
주파수는 어떻게 맞추어야 하는지 잘 모르겠네요..

윈도우에서 vlc로 hdtv 보는 방법 좀 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다..
