URLs in kldp.org

HEllo all,

Parden me writing in English (so bite me).

A problem or a persistant thing that hounts me is that
many links are written in form of wide chars. For example,

http//kldp.org/¸®´ª½º_Ä¿³Î/

is a WRONG and non-standard form of URL. It should've
been written as %..%..%..%..%..

It poses various navigation issues when used under English
version of IE and it's hard to cut and past using lynx.

The part that bugs me the most is that this is non-standard way of expression - hopely it becomes standard in
a near future.
