j_security_check 를 사용한 로그인 문제

웹로직 R11 (10.3.3) 과 오라클 DB 11g 그리고 자바를 사용해 개발중에 있습니다.
로그인 페이지를 만들어 j_security_check를 사용해서 유저인증을 사용하려고 합니다.
사용자와 그릅은 admin 페이지에서 설정을 했고 이 사용자로 로그인을 시도하면 css 파일 이 다운로드되는 현상이 발생합니다. 이 후 주소창에 시스템에 허용된 url을 입력하면 요청한 페이지 화면이 출력은 됩니다.(즉 인증은 된것 같아 보입니다.)

로그인시 css 파일을 다운로드 하는 로직은 없습니다.
웹 어플리케이션은 스프링프레임웍 2.5, 하이버네이트 3.0과 jRocket을 사용했습니다.
제가 격고 있는 문제와 유사한 증상으로 고민하셨던 분들이 계시다면 문제 해결을 위한 실마리를 조금 나누어 주셨으면합니다

CSS 경로까지 인증범위가 미치는것 같습니다.
인증 범위안에 CSS 경로가 포함되는지 확인해 보시기 바랍니다.
그리고, Spring을 사용하신다면 기본 인증 방식보다는
Spring Security(구 Acegi Security)를 사용하시는 것을 추천드립니다!
